I reckon there are enough competent hackers out there right now, especially after they nobbled PayPal and Mastercard so effectively.
There was a comment by someone from - sounds like - 'Yorkshire Research', who managed to explain the problem in one incredibly powerful post on a daily newspaper. Sadly, I just cannot find it now, but he got it spot on; just like your friend in the clip!
