Conspiracy to defraud the taxpayer

A whole new level? Ben Chapman has shown himself to be a grasping fool with a massive sense of entitlement, and also a thief. He claimed interest that he was not liable to pay as he had paid off nearly £300k of his mortgage. He blames the fees office for this. He will not repay any of the "overclaimed" £15k. I feel sick.

A new official portrait of the Prime Mincer has been unveiled. It was commissioned by Gordon himself who told the artist "I always liked the work of Mapplethorpe, you know, very dramatic, classical images. Could you do something like that?"
