Pig is half patterdale terrier and half boarder [shouldn't this be 'border'? Shouldn't you sign out? Calfy, snogs] collie,
Here is a video of a patterdale in the USA which Pig dedicates to Buster.

Grip or what Lils, but nice to see a Sainsbury's 'Ratty', in film...
What are they bred for hunting?
Hi Scrobs, remind you of anyone? :-)
Yes, fox hunting on foot, badgers, rats :-) although Pig accidentally caught a deer...
Are you SURE that's a Patterdale? A friend round here has a Patterdale which has a rough coat and is much more pacific than that redneck's mutt.
Idle, google Patterdale terrier images and you will see how varied they are. Not kennel club recognised but they can certainly chill out when there is nothing going on, unlike a lot of terriers. Great climbers. That is an american mutt and a bit smaller than most you would see here. I shall make a video of Pig hanging off a rope for you to compare...
Pig hanging off a rope? He may be mongrel, but as long as you keep him locked away when you have company, I say that you should let him live.
He is charming, Idle, and I am sure you will get along just fine :-)
lilith...we had a boston terrier who would do that...was a pain the butt when trying to put on pantyhose though...dog thought everything was fair game!
Ha ha Daisy. Pig makes putting socks on quite a challenge :-)
Regards to Pig.
Looks like we may lose our cat. Poor chap has a tumor on his face.
lil, heading for Bruton on Saturday afternoon through Monday afternoon. Probably a non-starter, my folks have been abroad for 3 months and I must be dutiful, but ao@vodafone.net if any glimpse of light at your end.
Yay. The cat lives, the cat lives.
The tumor turned out to be a rather large zit.
