Before I go

Thank you for all your good wishes...looks like we will be pitching the tent in a rainstorm. However, I am really looking forward to taking Pig camping.

In the meantime Tuscan Tony has sent me a picture of the Hitch, who seems to be settling in nicely.

Does Eve know he is two-timing her with that lass behind his right shoulder?

Well have a great trip. the country air is so good for the soul. We just got back from the Rocky Mountains the air and the sounds of wildlife were uplifting.

I am now listening to the traffic noise of the busy city of Dartmouth as I type and wish for the Mountain vistas once again.

I see the hitch has left a clean plate, but inexplicably left most of a loaf of rustique unfinished.

Is he the love child of Bernard Manning and Adolf Hitler?

Actually Idle, it's an old picture of Stan Ogden after a delicious fry-up with Hilda giving him another glass of brown ale for being a good boy and eating all his chips...

'C'mon Chuck, here's another mouthful...'

'Aye...'appen'

I loved meeting you, Elby and Pig.

So moving and happy at the same time. Have a great time on holiday.

You're gorgeous as I expected.

(Thanks for the CDs - they're great)

I now know why the 1248 from Exeter St Davids to Paddington was suddenly cancelled due to lack of staff, E-K.

If I'd known I would have rocked up on the Costa del Devon for a few pints of Sharps and a lamb samosa.

Aw Muts don't be lonely, pop by my place and say hi, I'd love to see your comments. Will pop by your place when I can (though it always seems you have loads of visitors so I don't believe you're lonely really ;-)

wow ...is Hitch Hitler's love child? I think we should be told.

He's a fine figure of a man is our Hitch. And all that sun and subordination is doing him the world of good.

I am sorry you are lonely Mutters. You could try getting yourself arrested, like my daughter. The plods were very chatty.

Stan, it is sad about Bo. He was to play in our local sweat hall last year when he had a stroke so we didn't get to hear him one last time :-(

BAH! If I've told the underpeasant once, I've told him a thousand times - the rule round here is you do NOT wear flowers in your hair whilst serving drinks to the Tuscan.
