I fell for this man when I saw Don't Look Now in my teens. I have never forgotten it because I was watching it with my Dad and had to deal with the love scene.
Hi Lilith, Quite agree, Donald Sutherland is rather "Gorg". Not fussy on the Grey Beard, mind. How`s Pig Pup doing, time for more Picys, perhaps ? My youngest daughter has just got a baby Pug Pup, she`s called him Rocco. She got him yesterday and is shattered. He slept all night, she couldn`t sleep and kept getting up to check him. So we now have a "Gran Pup", I`d post somepics if I knew how to, such techno dope is Ol Trubes. Hope you`ve had a Happy Sunday !
I fell for Donald all over again when he was Jonathan Woss's first ever guest on Channel 4. He totally carried Jonathan. Except that Mr Woss made an idiot of himself (started as he meant to go on i suppose) interrupting and trying to look as if he was in control. Mr Sutherland stayed cool, witty, hot and interesting inspite of the interruptions.
Ohhhh yes. Yes yes yes yes - Klute? Say no more! And he was still sexy and charming in 'Space Cowboys'. Did you see 'An American Haunting'? Uncomfortable but good film, really makes you think.
You're right - the boy hasn't quite got the fathers sex appeal. Bless.
I concur regarding Sutherland. To me, since I’m an old dude, his most memorable role was as CPT Capt. Benjamin Franklin 'Hawkeye' Pierce in the movie M*A*S*H.

Lilith; Kelly's heroes has a brilliant scene where he is wearing his green slouch hat and halts a tank column with a huge wave and a big 'whoooooah'!
We love that film!
Also he got his end away with Jane Fonda in Klute and that was a superb scene, as she turned for the better then!
OK for some isn't it!

He has very similar specs to the Splund in the last pic. Sadly that's where the resemblance ends.
It must be a woman thing. He looks like a leprechaun to me.
Best line was in Kelly's Heroes,
"Quit with the negative waves"
Kin excellent!!
Another advantage of DS over KS (not, may I be very explicitly clear here, D/s over K/S): He's not in jail today.
Hmm... I didn't quite care for the younger pics of him, but that one of him as an old man does have a certain allure...
